The tournament established in 1890, 127 years ago and held at the Queen’s Club in West Kensington each June in the run-up to Wimbledon which is held just 4 miles (6 km) away. The Queen's Club was named after Queen Victoria, its first patron, and is widely renowned as one of the premier Lawn Tennis and Racquets clubs in the world. Now the tournament is consistently supported by the best singles and doubles players of the men's game.
